- Lush Oasis MedSpa & Retreat are both Hippa and PCI compliant. Our client's personal security is extremely important to us.
- All appointments require a $25 deposit - your deposit will be deducted from your service price during checkout.
- There are no refunds for deposits for services of any kind, which includes prepaid services, gift cards, gift certificates or products.
- Deposit Refund Exception: If you schedule an appointment via a prepaid method - i.e. gift card, gift certificate, etc., your deposit will be refunded during checkout.
- A minimum of 24 hour notice is required for all cancelled appointments. Failure to cancel your appointment within the 24hour period will result in forfeiture of all deposits and prepaid monies.
- There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Please call as soon as you know you will be late. Being more than 10 minutes late can result in a rescheduled appointment and/or reduced service time. We will do our best to accommodate you only if this does not interfere with scheduled clients who arrive on time. There is an Accommodating lateness fee of $15 due before treatment. If we are unable to provide service you will be rescheduled and will have to pay $30 prior to next service.
- Packages are non transferable/non refundable. Packages expire 1-3 months after first service depending on your package. All services must be redeemed during the month of purchase. Packages not used in full are subject to ala carte pricing (see 'Single Session' prices)
- Lush Oasis Members: No call/No-Show fees are 100% of the non-member service price (i.e. our signature massage is $85/60 mins., the no-call/no-show fee of $85 will be added to your account and billed during our next membership billing cycle). Lush Oasis Non-Members will be billed 100% of the service price for any missed or cancelled appointments. Clients who perform no call/no show will be BANNED from receiving our services and will lose all deposits/payments. Please show curtesy and follow our policy by calling/texting/emailing 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.

- Lush Oasis is an adult day spa, a place for peace and relaxation. We do not offer childcare so kindly make the necessary arrangements for your children. Children 12 and older are permitted with an adult if the child is receiving service(s)
- Gift Cards expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Please feel free to extend gratuity as a result of your spa experience. Gratuities are not included in any treatment prices.
- We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please lock them in the provided lockers or keep them with you during your appointment.
- Services are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service(s) to any individual as it relates to your safety and/or ours.
MOBILE SERVICES
*Currently mobile services are only available to those receiving Post Op Care. The cost ranges between $50-$75 and thats up to 45 miles of travel. Please keep in mind when booking:
- We do not service locations with stairs unless theres an elevator.
- No townhouses, apartments or condos where going up the stairs is required.
